Tea is a thoughtful coach who personalized her approach to me.

She was both challenging and supportive in her style, in order for me to move forward with what I was focusing on. Tea created a safe space for me to feel confident and comfortable to say exactly what I was thinking and feeling. I finished our journey together with a greater sense of calm and presence. She helped me unpack some of my patterns and break the cycle of them continuing.

Ever since childhood, I have been fascinated by the power of language, the magic of words, and communication. I have dreamt to be a writer, a wildlife conservationist, a traveler, an international journalist, a translator, a teacher, a preacher, a diplomat… If possible all at once. All of these dreams have led me to explore life and its abundance of possibilities with limitless curiosity and a certain amount of bravery.

I studied a number of languages and journalism at university. Then I graduated as MSc in Liberal Arts with a Major in Indian Languages and Culture and had a flying start in a leading global consultancy company.

Later on, gluing the pieces of my personal strengths and motivation with some awareness about my calling, I transitioned into an international executive search and made it my career for over 15+ years.

I had the chance to be among the first top management recruiters in my home Bulgaria and throughout the years, I worked with a great number of companies and numerous leaders as either candidates or clients.

I enjoyed working for the corporate business and interacting with senior decision-makers. However, I was constantly inspired by the unique journeys of every person I interviewed, so I developed in the art of discovering their true motivations, unique drivers, and capabilities. I felt humbled by the opportunity to make an impact on their career and life choices so that they grow and thrive. I realized that is where I would love to make my contribution.

With that motivation, backed up by some synchronicities, I had my first coaching education in 2013 and started passionately implementing coaching in every relationship.

A few years later when I was introduced to Co-Active coaching and its philosophy, it all finally clicked and made sense. I did my CTI training and I took a life-changing decision to transition to a full-time coaching career.

For me, coaching is not simply a job, but rather a calling. There I apply all my gifts and powers on both the being and the doing side, I serve and contribute to those who choose to work with me to expand their personal life or career.

Along this journey, I have been accompanied by my amazingly patient family and friends and a number of Zen teachers in the form of cats. To all of them, I am grateful.

Today, with over 1000 hours of coaching business leaders from 20+ countries, I bring a global perspective with a human-centric approach, ensuring that every leader and professional I work with receives tailored, supportive guidance while navigating their career paths.

When I am not coaching you can find me in the garden, on a plane or a ship, drawing mandalas, digging some good music, tasting wine, somewhere by the sea or up the mountain high.

If you are looking for a truly trustworthy, empathetic, enthusiastic, experienced, supportive, profound, and energetic coach, Tea is the best partner in your professional and personal life.

I met her several years ago as a headhunter, and later, she became my friend, advisor, and coach. Ever since, she has amazed me with her constant strive to develop, overperform, believe in, and help others achieve their goals and make their dreams come true. Thank you for being part of my life journey, Tea!
